We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our services in accordance with these Terms.

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the software
• Use the service for illegal or fraudulent activity
• Resell or sublicense the service without our written permission

6. Fees & Billing

All payments are due according to your plan. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled prior to the renewal date. No refunds are issued for partial periods.

7. Intellectual Property

All software, trademarks, and content are owned by DropShipEazy. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute without our written consent.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in abuse or fraud.

9. Disclaimers

We provide the service "as is" and disclaim all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 3 months prior to the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DropShipEazy from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of the service.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
